Unlike many gyms here at One Twenty our trainers design 20 different fitness classes aimed at combating specific areas of the body from cross-fit, circuits, cardio, core, free weights and more to give you that complete all-round body workout.

Because of our amazing countryside location we also take advantage of the lovely weather and take our workouts outside to change things up and add new dynamics to the workouts for our members. â€‹
