THE FIIT CLUB CONCEPT
Friendly gym with a difference
At The FiiT Club we focus on strength, form, intensity and recovery. We want our training to give you the foundation that pushes you and enables you to meet your goals, whatever they may be.
Our sessions combine strength training and metabolic conditioning enabling you to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. We include a variety of different movements targeting all of the major muscle groups making sure your whole body has had a workout at the end of each session.
Situated in the idyllic countryside of Linton, Kent, our fitness classes are like no other.
We understand that sometimes you're looking for a more one-to-one experience which is why our qualified trainers also offer PT sessions to help you achieve those specific fitness goals whether that is to reduce body fat, build muscle, rebuild your core post pregnancy or exercise safely throughout your pregnancy.
If you are training hard but not seeing the results you want it might be time to start paying closer attention to what you're eating. Nutrition is key when it comes to transforming your body, reducing fat and building lean muscle. All of our nutrition plans are designed specifically to meet your goals, body type and activity levels.
